Strict Quality Control is the key point for our manufacturing process

Since the company was established, Kingmo has upheld this principle and has delivered only the highest quality products to all of our customers and for all of our projects. We do everything we can to ensure the high standard of our racking and shelving systems.
At Kingmo, we only use quality raw materials from world class, famous steel suppliers like Bao Steel. The raw steel for our rack and shelving systems is mainly SS400, Q235B, SPCC, and ST12. In turn, quality steel guarantees that the racking system will perform excellently in any warehouse for up to 10 years and more. For special requirement like cold storage with low temperatures, we also choose special steel such as the Q345 in order to make sure the racking system encounters no difficulties. A mill certificate stamped by the steel factory will be supplied for each project.
The surface of all of our systems is powder coated with AKZO NOBEL or DUPONT Non Toxic paint by static airless resin spraying technology, which ensures the stable performance of the product and prevents the steel from rusting over long periods of time.
At Kingmo, we employ a full range of automatic equipment to ensure the quality and tooling accuracy of each system. For rack posts as tall as 10 meter, the tolerance can be within 1-2 mm.
A reliable QC team with strict quality control rules is working 24 hours a day during the entire manufacturing process. Senior member of this team have more than 10 years of experience in the manufacturing of storage racking and shelving, while our Design and QC standard complies with the most strict standards in the world, including FEM, ASRS, and SEMA.

Our products have obtained Australia’s AS4084-2012 certificate. In addition, we welcome any third party inspection from our customers or from individual organizations.
